Your card(s) will arrive by 1st class post wrapped in a cello bag and in a jiffy bag for protection. I always obtain proof of postage. Please contact Louise for any more information.
Bulk orders will be sent by recorded delivery or courier and will need to be signed for. Prices and details for delivery can be discussed with ourselves through email at the time of ordering.
Delivery Times
Delivery will normally be made within 2 weeks due to each card being individually handmade for you. Please note that your card may differ slighltly to the picture due to the card being handmade. If you urgently require a card for that special occasion, let us know and we will do our best for you! Please allow up to 6 weeks for bulk orders (e.g. invitations) although we will endeavour to ship your items sooner than this. If you need your order sooner than this, please let us know.
Payment
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal using the secure Add To Basket Feature on this website or if you would prefer, contact us first to confirm your requirements and we can invoice you via Paypal or we can arrange payment via Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Small orders e.g. handmade greetings cards, giftbags and journals require payment before the order can be sent out. Invitations and other bulk orders require 50% of the total amount before the order commences and the remaining 50% and Postage and Packing cost will be collected the week before the order is sent out to you.
Prices
All prices include a white or ivory envelope and a blank insert. Please let us know if you would like a printed insert and we can do this for no extra charge. I can also send the card to your recipient for no extra charge! We can supply coloured envelopes for a small extra charge, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days in its original packaging and you can have a full refund (excluding postage and packing). We can not be responsible for cost of return postage. This does not apply to bulk orders e.g. wedding stationery so it is recommended that you request a sample before placing your order.
Confidentiality
Please ensure that any personal information collected at the time of ordering will be kept confidential. We will use the information provided by you in order to produce and dispatch your order and in no other way. We do not have any access or records held of credit/debit card numbers.
